Sci-Fi Dragon Zoologist - Arctic Setting

Another sci-fi zoologist specialised in dragons, this time in an arctic setting!
I liked the idea of sci-fi with a touch of fantasy, although I wanted to keep the sci-fi pretty grounded and close to contemporary technology.
